π What Types of Rights Are Granted?
The user grants UMW the following rights on a non-exclusive and revocable basis, unless otherwise specified:
1. π Distribution Rights
UMW is authorized to distribute your content to digital service providers (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music, Deezer, and more.
2. π° Sales & Commercial Rights
UMW can sell, license, rent, or make your content available under the business models offered by digital platforms.
3. βοΈ Technical Conversion Rights
UMW has the right to convert your files into the required formats for each platform (without altering your artistic content).
4. π£ Promotional Rights
UMW may use excerpts, cover art, or promotional assets to support the visibility of your content both on and off the platform.
5. π Sublicensing Rights
UMW can work with third-party partners (aggregators, tech platforms, monetization networks) to help maximize global reach and monetization.
π« What the Agreement Does Not Grant
β UMW does not own your works or intellectual property
β UMW cannot exploit your content outside of the agreed scope (territory, duration, or purpose)
β UMW cannot modify your work without your permission
π Additional Conditions:
All granted rights are exclusively for digital distribution and promotion
The user retains full moral and economic rights to their works
The user may revoke these rights with proper notice, as outlined in the agreement
