Offer your content in digital stores, websites, mobile apps, and social media
Make it accessible in different countries, currencies, and languages

Use your content in playlists, smartlinks, campaigns, newsletters, and more
Promote your music through advertising bundles or featured placements
π§Ύ 5. Reproduction, Hosting, and Storage
Store and replicate your content across secure servers
Ensure constant availability and proper backup of your files

Monetize your music through authorized digital and editorial channels
Administer licensing opportunities and secondary revenue sources, if agreed
π Where Do These Rights Apply?
All granted rights are exercised within the territory defined in your agreement (whether national, regional, or international), and during the valid term of the license. π

This is a limited-use license, giving UMW the right to act on your behalf for distribution and monetization β without transferring ownership of your music. βοΈ
