1️⃣ Intellectual Property (IP) Disputes

Any conflict related to:

  • Copyright infringement

  • Trademark violations

  • Unauthorized use of patented content or creative assets

  • Ownership of musical works, logos, or branding

👉 These issues often require court rulings to ensure legal precedent and full protection of IP rights.

2️⃣ Privacy and Data Protection

Disputes involving:

  • Breach of data privacy policies

  • Unauthorized exposure of personal or sensitive information

  • Misuse of confidential content

👉 Such claims are governed by specific privacy laws and must often be addressed by judicial or regulatory authorities.

3️⃣ Requests for Injunctive or Emergency Relief

Urgent situations requiring immediate legal action, such as:

  • Stopping the unauthorized release of music

  • Halting ongoing copyright infringement

  • Preventing harm to digital assets or public image

👉 Arbitration cannot grant urgent injunctions or emergency court orders, so these must go through traditional legal systems.
