1. 📅 How often are my royalty reports updated?
Reports depend on when stores submit their information:

  • Most report monthly , with a delay of several months.

  • You won't see yesterday's plays reflected; they must first close the period and settle it.

As soon as we receive that data, it is processed and displayed on your dashboard.

2. 📈 Why don't my royalties match the statistics from Spotify for Artists or Apple Music for Artists?
Because they are different things:

  • Artist statistics are almost in real time .

  • Royalties are calculated on closed periods and amounts actually invoiced.

In addition, each stream has a different value depending on the country, account type, promotions, and usage type.

3. 💵 Is there a minimum amount to withdraw my royalties?
Yes, there is usually a minimum withdrawal amount .
Check your account or internal documentation for the current minimum and available payment methods (bank transfer, etc.).

4. 🌎 In what currency are royalties paid?
It depends on the platform's configuration:

  • You often see the consolidated data in USD or another major currency.

  • Internally, they are converted from each country's currency using exchange rates for the period.

Therefore, the final amounts may vary slightly due to conversions.

5. 🧮 Can I see my royalties by country or by store?
In most cases, yes, through the detailed reports.
You'll be able to see what portion of your income comes from each platform and, in some cases, which territories have the most streams.
