1. ⏳ How long does it take for a release to be reviewed after uploading?
It depends on the workload and whether there are manual reviews:
Normal cases: from a few hours to a few days .
Very busy dates (end of year, major events): the time may be extended.
That's why we recommend uploading your release well in advance.
2. 🌍 Why does my music appear in some stores before others?
Each platform has its own internal processes and time zones.
Even if your release date is the same, some stores may display it a few hours earlier or later.
3. 📅 How far in advance should I schedule my launch?
The safest bet is:
Upload and schedule the launch 10–14 days before the date.
At a minimum, technically, 5 days in advance .
If you're planning campaigns, pre-saves, or editorial pitches, try to allow 2-3 weeks ' head start.
4. 🚨 What do I do if the date arrives and my release doesn't appear in a store?
Verify that the date has already passed in all time zones.
Search by artist, title, and UPC .
If it still doesn't appear after 48–72 hours , contact support with the UPC and store name so we can review it.
5. 🛠️ Can I expedite the review of an urgent release?
In exceptional cases, you can open a ticket indicating that it's an urgent release , including the release date, UPC, and details of the issue.
We'll do our best to help, but final turnaround times also depend on the retailers.
