1. What does it mean to distribute “globally”?
It means that:

  • Your music is sent to all stores and territories available under our agreement.

  • It will be accessible to users from different countries, except for those excluded for legal or contractual reasons.

Not all DSPs are available in all countries, but your release will be sent to the widest possible network.

2. Can I exclude specific countries from a particular release?
Yes. You can:

  • Limit territories where you have exclusive contracts with another distributor.

  • Excluding countries due to strategic or legal decisions.

To do this, please provide the UPC of the release and the list of territories to include or exclude.

3. Why isn't my music appearing in certain stores or specific countries?
This could be due to:

  • Store restrictions (does not operate in that country).

  • Regional or legal agreements (content censorship, local licenses).

  • Territory configuration at launch (it was unintentionally excluded from that region).

If you believe your content should be available and it isn't, please contact us with the UPC and the specific country/store.

4. Can I change the territories for a release after it's published?
In many cases, yes:

  • You can expand availability to new countries.

  • Or restrict territories in the future (music will no longer be available in those countries after the change).

Please note that the changes are not retroactive to past playbacks, but they do affect future availability.

5. Are the prices of my releases the same in all countries?
Not necessarily. Prices:

  • They depend on each store and the local market.

  • They are adjusted to the currency and purchasing power of each region.

Although you define certain conditions, the platforms apply their own price ranges and models (subscription, ads, etc.).
