1. My release appears on another artist's profile with the same name, what do I do?
It's a relatively common problem when there are artists who share a name.
To correct it:
Copy the link to the correct profile where your music should be (or let us know that you don't have an official profile yet).
Copy the link to the wrong profile where your release appears.
Have the UPC of the release and the ISRC of the songs handy .
Open a support ticket and attach all this information.
Our team will manage the separation of catalogs and the movement of your music to the correct profile with the stores.
2. My pitch was approved but it's not showing up on one of the platforms, why might that be?
There can be several causes:
Each store has different publication times .
The release may be published but difficult to find (for example, due to an error in the artist's name or title).
The platform may have applied an additional review for cover art, sensitive content, or metadata.
To do:
Verify that the release date has already passed in all time zones.
Search by artist name, title, and UPC .
If it still doesn't appear after 48–72 hours , open a ticket with the UPC , the release name, and the store where you don't see it so we can review it.
3. A store hid or blocked my release after it had become available, what happened?
When a store detects a potential problem, it can:
Temporarily hide the release while performing a review.
Mark content for possible policy violations (cover, metadata, rights, sensitive content, duplicates, etc.).
Receiving a copyright claim from a third party.
If your release has been hidden or blocked:
Check if you have received any emails or notifications in your account explaining the reason for the block.
Gather any documents that prove your rights (contracts, licenses, authorizations).
Contact us explaining the case and attaching all possible information so that we can handle it with the store.
