1. My launch was approved but I don't see it in a specific store, what could be happening?
Each store has different publication times .
The release may be published but difficult to find (by title, artist, filters, etc.).
The store may have applied an additional review for cover page, metadata, or sensitive content.
Check the release date across all time zones and search by artist, title, and UPC .
If it still doesn't appear after 48–72 hours , contact us with the UPC and store name so we can review the case.
2. Can I correct errors in titles, credits, or genre after publishing?
In many cases, yes:
Minor errors (spelling, small adjustments to credits or gender) can usually be corrected by updating metadata .
Major changes (new lead artist, completely different audio) may require withdrawing and relaunching the release.
Write to us with your UPC and explain exactly what you want to correct so we can advise you on the best procedure.
3. How do I upload a remix, live, or acoustic version of a previously released song?
Name the track clearly, for example:
Nombre del tema (Remix)Nombre del tema (Versión Acústica)Nombre del tema (En Vivo)
Assign a new ISRC for each version (do not reuse the one from the original).
Configure the correct roles: the remixer as “Remixer” and the guests as “Guest Artist / feat.”
This way, the platforms correctly identify each version and you avoid metadata problems.
4. What do I do if I discover that someone is distributing my music without authorization?
Gather evidence: links to stores, screenshots, dates, and the name of the alleged label or distributor.
Check if there is any prior contract that may justify that distribution.
