1. Deliverables

To run your campaign effectively, you'll need to provide all the necessary creative content, which may include:

  • Videos

  • Graphics or images

  • Audio files

Our team will assist you in validating the most effective copy for your campaign. You can review the specific requirements for each package using the corresponding links provided.

🔔 Important:
Failure to submit materials in the correct specifications before the campaign start date may result in delays or cancellations .


2. Platform Guidelines and Policies

All content provided must align with the style guidelines and advertising policies of the platforms on which the campaign will run (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, etc.).

  • Our team will make recommendations based on best practices.

  • If your content is rejected by any platform, you'll need to edit and resubmit it.

  • Any required changes could affect the timing or execution of the campaign.


3. Collaboration and Good Faith

You agree to collaborate constructively and in good faith in all aspects of the project, facilitating its proper execution and allowing for necessary adjustments to complete the work.


4. Access to Accounts

For campaigns that include Facebook or Instagram advertising , you'll need to temporarily grant our digital team "Advertiser" or "Administrator" access to allow for the necessary actions.


5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may postpone your launch one (1) time by notifying in writing: [email protected]

  • Additional rescheduling may incur an additional administrative charge.

  • If you cancel before the start of the campaign , you will receive a 90% refund.

  • Once the campaign has started, it cannot be cancelled.


6. Rates and Coverage

Campaign fees include:

  • Personalized strategy

  • Running ads

  • Advertising account management

  • Campaign monitoring

  • Final reports

At least 50% of the total amount paid will be allocated to advertising expenditure.


7. Data Security

Any data collected during the campaign will be handled in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

By accepting a campaign with UMW Recordings Inc., you agree to comply with the corresponding privacy and data protection policies.


8. Limitations and Responsibilities

This service is not a playlisting system , nor does it guarantee:

  • Inclusion in playlists

  • Specific increase in reproductions

The campaign will be managed by a third-party digital marketing provider under the supervision of UMW Recordings Inc.
