UMW Recordings Inc. offers its labels, artists, and distributors an advanced, customizable catalog export tool that allows for secure transfer to external servers. This is ideal for migration processes, repertoire backup, and integration with corporate distribution ecosystems.


📦 What does this service consist of?

It is a structured export of your music catalog in digital format, delivered directly through SFTP or S3 Bucket servers , according to the technical parameters provided by the client.

Each export includes:

  • Files organized by UPC

  • Complete metadata for each release (ISRC, titles, artist, dates, etc.)

  • Format compatible with most management and digital delivery systems


🛠️ Technical Requirements

The customer must have one of the following services enabled and previously configured:

🔐 For SFTP servers:

  • Host

  • Port

  • Username and password

  • Delivery Directory

  • Authentication keys (if applicable)

  • IP enabled for reception

☁️ For Amazon S3 Bucket:

  • Delivery Host URL

  • Bucket Name

  • Region

  • Access Key

  • Secret Key

⚠️ Note: The receiving environment (FTP or S3) must be previously operational and verified by the client before requesting the export.


📤 How does the process work?

  1. The customer must complete the technical request form with the server data.

  2. Our technical team will validate the connection and destination structure.

  3. The catalog will be sent, including metadata and files organized by UPC.

  4. The customer will be notified once the shipment is completed with proof of delivery.


💰 Cost of the service

  • 0.35 $ per exported UPC

  • Rates subject to total volume and frequency of exports
