To do so, each artist, label, or owner must register their payment account through the My Finance module on our platform.
📝 How to register your payment account?
Log in to your UMW dashboard and go to “My Finance” > “Payout Accounts . ”
Select the account type:
Individual
Registered Business
Complete the general information:
Full name
Email
Date of birth (optional)
Full address (country, city, postal code)
Identity documents (front and back)
Upload a legible copy of your official ID (INE, ID card, passport, etc.).
Click “Next” to continue to the payment method setup step.
💰 Step 2: Selecting the Payment Method
Once registered, proceed to choose your payment method. The currently available methods are:
🔗 Bank Transfer
You will need to enter:
Name of the cardholder (as it appears on the bank statement)
Account number
SWIFT/BIC
City and bank address
Province or state
PayPal
You'll just need to enter the email address linked to your PayPal account.
Payoneer
(optional if you already have an active account on this platform)
⚠️ Remember that all fields must be completed correctly before clicking Submit .
✅ Validation statuses
Each payment account will go through a manual verification process by our team:
Approved : The account is active to receive payments.
Pending Approval : Under review.
Rejected : Rejected due to incorrect data or invalid documentation.
Deleted / Removed : Deleted by the user or due to inactivity.
📋 Check and manage your accounts
In the “List Payout Accounts” tab you can:
View all your active or inactive accounts.
Check the approval status.
Update data in case of changes in ownership or errors.
⚠️ Recommendations
Make sure your banking and personal information matches the documents you submitted.
Do not use third-party accounts unless authorized by contract.
Please ensure your account is in “Approved” status before the payment cycle.
