Through our Publishing module, you can properly register your musical works and assign the correct publishing percentages to each contributor.

Step 1: Complete Your Personal Information

Under the “My Info” tab, you must enter your basic publishing details:

  • First Name / Last Name – Your legal full name.

  • Address Line – The physical address where you live or where your publishing entity is registered.

  • Country – Select your country of residence or publishing registration.

  • IPI (Interested Party Information) – A unique identifier that links you to a PRO (Performing Rights Organization).

If you do not have an IPI, we recommend registering with a PRO such as ASCAP, BMI, SACM, SGAE, etc.

  • Zip Code – The postal code for your address.

🧾 Important: This information is essential for generating your publishing contract and for proper royalty collection globally.

Click “Save” once all information is entered, and then download your contract using “My Contract”.

Step 2: Add Composition Data (Tracks)

Under the “Tracks” tab, you’ll be able to register who wrote which part of each song.

For each composition:

  1. Search the ISRC of the song you want to register.

  2. Then fill out:

    • First & Last Name of each composer or songwriter.

    • Role – Choose from roles like Composer, Lyricist, Producer, etc.

    • Publishing % – Indicate the share this person holds in the composition.

📌 The total must equal 100% across all listed contributors.

Click “+ Add Writer” to include additional authors. When finished, click “Submit” to save the work.

Step 3: View Your Publishing Catalog

Under the “List Data” tab, you can view a list of all works registered under your account:

  • Track Title

  • ISRC Code

  • Registration Date

  • Status (Published or Declined)

  • Actions – Download the publishing certificate, edit metadata, or make corrections.

💡 Tip: If a song shows as “Declined,” make sure the publishing percentages add up to 100% and that all data is correct.

Step 4: Musical Theme Registration Report (Publishing Certificate)

Once you’ve properly submitted your publishing data and assigned each writer's share, the system generates an official registration report for each musical work.

This document includes:

🔹 Record Summary:

  • Song Title: e.g., “Controla”

  • ISRC Code: International Standard Recording Code (e.g., QZNW72414789)

  • Date & Time Published: Official registration timestamp

  • Artists/Writers: Full names of all credited individuals (composers, lyricists, producers)

🔹 Income Type Breakdown:

This section summarizes the different revenue sources the composition is entitled to, along with the registered and shareable percentages:

📌 Each income type represents a royalty channel. This document helps authors track their publishing rights and supports legal protection and royalty collection.

Why Is This Report Important?

  • It serves as legal proof of ownership and authorship.

  • Useful for collecting royalties from Performing Rights Organizations (PROs).

  • Required in sync licensing, publishing claims, and copyright disputes.

Step 5: Statements and Invoices

Under the “Statements and Invoices” tab, you can download your royalty reports, publishing activity, and available invoices.
