If a user refuses or repeatedly fails to complete the verification process, they may face serious consequences.


⚠️ Consequences of Not Verifying Your Identity:

1. ⛔ Account Suspension or Termination

UMW reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any user account that fails to meet identity verification requirements.
🔒 This may result in loss of access to:

  • Music distribution tools

  • Your user dashboard

  • Reports, analytics, or content management features


2. 💸 Loss of Future Earnings

If we cannot confirm the user’s identity:

  • No royalty payments will be processed

  • Existing funds may be held indefinitely

  • The right to claim any revenue may be forfeited

📉 Any future income may be considered “undistributable” and reassigned according to company policy.


3. ⚖️ Legal Risk and Liability

In cases involving suspicious or fraudulent activity (such as fake identities or impersonation):

  • UMW may pursue legal action for breach of contract or fraud

  • The user may be reported to authorities or industry watchdogs
